All new Audi vehicles sold after April 1st 2007 are eligible for the three years of free emergency assistance service that can be called into action in case of accidents, flat tires or battery failure, and even in cases of locked-in keys or lack of petrol.

The rapid response 24 hour emergency assistance program ensures that Audi customers are either serviced by the Audi Service Mobil, an especially equipped recovery vehicle with a trained Audi technician, or if out of reach, with the support of Gulf Warranties. Vehicles needing assistance will be recovered and serviced with original spare parts only to ensure full customer satisfaction and service excellence.
